Cons: Two staffers lied about our ability to park in front of the hotel only briefly. We had tipped the valet for telling us she'd watch the car until then. The room had everything we needed. But the room was perfectly comfortable to lounge in as a family of 4, with two teenagers. All in all an excellent stay. Cons: Seriously understaffed. Nobody to assist you with luggage on arrival. In general arriving guests completely ignored by the staff even though front desk not occupied. Ask the front desk for power plug adapter - they promise to deliver to your room. Has not happened for 2 days. In room dining not picking up the phone which forced us to seek breakfast outside their loss. Aircon extremely noisy and permanently dripping on our belongings.
Cons: Stale feint smoke smell in our room was disappointing but not strong enough that we could bother to complain as rest of our stay was fab. Pros: The room was ok and quite big as for Manhatan.
